The Session

1. RTS sessions can last from an hour to a full day or more, depending on what will be covered in the session. The total time for the session will be established during the pre-planning process.
2. Should you request it, refreshments, meals, and other similar services can be provided through Luther College Catering Services. Luther College also has established relationships with area hotels and businesses.
3. The facilitate.com software is user-friendly and effective. You may want to view some sample images of the software: (links to sample images open in a new window)

4. Following your session, you will be provided with a hard copy transcript. An electronic version of the data may be requested as well. The RTS facilitator will be available to discuss any necessary follow-up. You will be asked to evaluate the RTS experience.
