Confirm a date

Typically, RTS likes a month's lead time to schedule a session and plan your agenda. Jud Barclay from the Campus Programming Office at Luther College will schedule your event.   He can be reached at 563-387-1538 or barcju01@luther.edu.

Engage in a pre-planning process

An RTS facilitator will meet the session owner to develop a plan for the meeting based on the session owner's desired outcomes and goals. He or she will then work with the session owner to determine what tools and agenda structure will meet these objectives. The pre-planning process also allows the meeting facilitator to learn about the organization and pertinent background information.
