RTS Sponsorship BenefitsRound Table Services (RTS), a program of Luther College, uses state-of-the-art technology and skilled facilitators to provide group facilitation services to assist in strategic planning, problem solving, assessment, decision-making, policy-making, and consensus building. RTS utilizes Luther's Round Table Room (RTR), a network of 25 computer-based participant stations and one facilitator station, enabling concurrent and immediate sharing of ideas and information. The RTR has proven to be a valuable resource, and the college is eager to share this asset. Round Table Services invites corporate and nonprofit groups to take advantage of the group facilitation services offered in this effective electronic facility. To launch this venture, Luther College seeks corporate sponsors to help underwrite the expanded use of the Round Table Room by external groups. Benefits of Corporate SponsorshipCorporations that invest in the success of Round Table Services will receive a corresponding number of complimentary sessions in the Round Table Room along with the necessary planning and follow-up actions. Corporate sponsors are invited to support the program at the following levels:
(*Sponsors may choose to utilize the survey capabilities rather than using the Round Table Room. For sponsorship levels, one complimentary RTR session is equivalent to two complimentary basic surveys).
Each session includes three hours in the Round Table Room and six hours of planning and follow-up actions with a trained facilitator. All corporate sponsors will have the option to use their complimentary RTR sessions during the calendar year in which they have provided sponsorship support. In the event that a corporate sponsor is unable to use its sessions, it may choose to "scholarship" any unwanted or unused sessions to a nonprofit of the sponsor's choice. Many local nonprofits have shown interest in using Luther's Round Table Room, but are unable to afford the opportunity. By donating RTR sessions, the corporate sponsor will broaden the impact of its sponsorship to benefit the larger community. In addition to the RTR sessions, each corporate sponsor will receive printed recognition of the corporation's logo on all RTS marketing materials, including brochures and the RTS web site. Corporate sponsors will be acknowledged on room signage and individual computer screens in the Round Table Room. All corporate sponsorships will also be publicly announced in a news release to local and regional media. To make further inquiries about becoming a sponsor, contact Jeanie Lovell, Director of Corporate and Foundation Relations, at 563-387-1512, or lovellje@luther.edu. |
